I hired Imperia Roofing & Exteriors to redo the siding on my house, about 2,800 sq ft of James Hardie. The project manager Julian was great to work with, very responsive and kept me updated without overcomplicating everything. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked pretty fast, and kept the place surprisingly clean during the whole job. It wasn’t one of those situations where you come home and your yard looks like a warzone which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair/good compared to the other bids I got (and honestly they seemed a lot more organized than a couple of the other companies). The finished siding looks awesome and overall the whole experience went smoother than I expected. Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking to get exterior work done. Had my whole house resided with James Hardie - Boothbay Blue through Imperia Roof & Exterior. Ari was the PM and did a good job keeping things on track. He wasn’t pushy or salesy which I appreciated. Just straight forward info and what to expect. The crew actually showed up early most days and worked quietly. Not a bunch of yelling or blasting music which my neighbors loved haha. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave piles of junk behind. I’ve had bad contractors before so this was refreshing. The siding came out really clean looking and even. You can tell it was measured and not rushed. Price-wise it was fair for how much work was involved. I’d say good value for sure. I’d use them again and I already passed their info to my brother-in-law. Thanks Ari and team for not making it a giant headache. ~ Amber M

Imperia Roofing & Exteriors replaced all the old wood siding on our Victorian in SF and absolutely crushed it. The house needed serious love and they brought it back to life. The new siding looks clean and solid, and the paint job is honestly flawless, sharp lines, rich color, total transformation. Julian the project manager was on top of everything the whole time. I realize this might sound like I'm exaggerating, but these guys (who just did out entire roof and attic insulation in four days of hard work) were the most impressive contractors we've ever hired.
